The Future Warriors Program introduces children and young adults of all ages to the advanced, technology-driven training offered by VTEC. Participants are exposed to real-world career pathways early—preparing them to seamlessly transition into the Young Adult Internship Program. Beyond technology, the program empowers youth to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork through sports, mentorship, and positive community engagement, helping them get on their feet and prepare for a successful future.

The Young Adult Internship Initiatives connect youth with honorable, highly trained soldiers who are transitioning into civilian careers. By learning directly from these mentors—who embody discipline, leadership, and professionalism—young adults gain firsthand exposure to real career paths and workplace skills. Participants observe, assist, and learn from soldiers who have completed or are nearing completion of their VTEC training, helping them explore technical trades, energy solutions, and advanced technology careers.
